An initial consultation, at no charge
Forty-five minutes with you and whoever runs reporting today. We show you the product on your own examples and tell you honestly whether this is worth doing at all, and roughly what it would take. If the answer is not yet, you will hear that.
Then a discovery, if it is worth doing
Chargeable, fixed scope, agreed before it starts. You end up with a register of what you actually have, a named owner against each line, and a one-page definition of what your trust tiers mean.
That output is yours either way
In open formats, whether or not you ever buy the platform. It is the product of the work, not a feature you have to stay a customer to export.
Bring the person who would carry it. A demo to a sponsor alone tends to produce agreement; a demo with the person who runs reporting produces a decision.
